Setup in Seconds

Create your first event, set a folder, and start collecting photos in seconds. It’s quick, private, and shareable by QR code.

Uploading Photos

Guests don’t need accounts — they just scan the QR code or visit the link to upload directly into your cloud storage.

Privacy & Security

Your uploads are encrypted and sent straight to your own Drive or OneDrive — we never see or store your files.

Managing Events

View, remove, or reset events. When you delete an event from Snaps.Digital, your cloud files stay safe and untouched.

Sharing QR Codes

Print your unique code for table cards, include it in digital invitations, or display it on large screens at your venue.

Full File Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and rights to every photo uploaded. We never store, use, or claim rights to your event media.

Managing your information.

Deleting Your Account

If you delete your account, all events will become inactive — guests won’t be able to upload photos to any of them. For privacy and security, there’s no undo button. You can always log in again and start fresh with new events (note: new events will have different QR codes).

Deleting an Event

When you delete an event, it’s gone for good — no one can upload to it anymore. This is part of our privacy-first design. To keep collecting photos, simply create a new event! Each event has its own upload area and unique QR code.

Guest Capacity

Snaps.Digital is built for scale. Whether you have ten guests or hundreds, our high-speed processing ensures everyone can upload simultaneously without lag or performance issues.

Supported File Types

Guests can upload high-resolution photos and videos. We support all major formats, including JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), MP4, and MOV, ensuring all your event memories are captured in full quality.
