Provider Access: By signing in with Google or Microsoft, you authorize access to your name, email, and cloud storage. This access is limited strictly to the folders created for your events.

OAuth credentials, name, and email from your chosen provider (Google or Microsoft).
Event names, dates, and the generated folder links where your photos will be stored.
Anonymised page view counts and device types via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No personal data is stored.
How We Use Your Information
Third-Party Data Sharing

Cloud Storage: Photos upload directly from the guest to your connected Drive. We never host the files.

Analytics: Anonymised usage statistics are processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Legal: We may share data if required to do so by valid legal process or law enforcement.
Cookies & Tracking

Google & Microsoft User Data
Used to verify your identity and associate your event folders with your account.
We request specific permission to create folders and upload files on your behalf.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never used for purposes other than uploads.
We strictly adhere to the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
We retain your account data only while your account is active. You have full control and can delete your account or specific events at any time via the Settings page. Once deleted, the data is removed from our database permanently.
