Snaps.Digital allows users to create event-specific upload folders in Google Drive or OneDrive, share QR codes and links, and collect photos from guests. We do not store files on our servers; all uploads go directly from the guest's browser to your private cloud storage.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must have a valid Google or Microsoft account to use the service.
  • You agree not to upload, or allow guests to upload, illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on Snaps.Digital are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our brand assets or trademarks without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaps.Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our service integrates with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their own respective terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.

Compliance & Data
